As of a few days ago my outlook 2000 formatting toolbar is gone. I have tried
everything to get it back to no avail. When I right click on the toolbars the
only options I have are for the standard, advanced, and web toolbars.
Formatting is not listed. I have been looking on line to see if anyone else
had this problem. Several sites I have found referenced deleting the
following file: outcmd.dat. However, I cannot even locate that file in my
computer. I have tried looking myself in windows explorer and also by doing a
search to no avail.
Can anybody help???
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/filepath.htm has the filepaths. Make
sure you are showing all hidden files and folders when you go looking.
Is the message format HTML? Are you using Word as the editor or Outlook's
built in editor?
