I suddenly have a problem sending my email through Outlook; I receive, but can't send. Spoke to my ISP and they tell me it is an Outlook problem. They always sat that. :) What firewall do you use? Make sure it is allowing the current version of outlook access to send mail. Make sure the firewall or antivirus scanner is not blocking access to the SMTP port.
