Dear Sir,

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 in Windows XP. I access my e-mails through
an Exchange Server. All my e-mails were being saved in
"Personal Folders(1).pst" file. My Windows was corrupted so i have to
re-install it. After that, i tried to access my previous e-mails by loading
this .pst file. Everytime, when i try to load it, it shows error message that
the password is incorrect. I am sure that the password is correct but Outlook
is not accesting it.

Can you tell, why it is not accepting my password ?

Can you guide me, how can i skip this step of authentication ? i.e. how can
i disable the password while loading the *.pst file.

This is my official e-mail and i am very much worried about it.

Make sure you are opening the saved pst file by using the File menu in
Outlook, Open Outlook Data File.

If the password you are typing in does not work, use this to recover your password:
