I got a message : Unable to open your default email folders. How can I get into my outlook? Outlook version? Mail account type? Have you tried a new mail profile? I can't get to the email. machine is dell deminsion 4600, with WindowXP. moving up to officexp Small bussness edition.[ can't get tech support from MS as it is OEM, but out of warranty, so dell won't help either] This is first time I have tried to set up outlook.
