can someone assist me please. This happens on the Outlook and NOT Outlook express. When I open an email the information is deleted from the inbox. When I choose to look view views I see that it has "expired" or "deleted". Outlook express lets you open and let it sit there until you delete it, can I get the Outlook to do the same instread of expiring and then deleting? It would help if you told us the version of Outlook and the account type. Otherwise, the crystal ball is on vacation.
