No solution, but I have the same problem when I try to reply to someone's message [NOT when I write a new message]. CAN YOU HELP You should turn in your ASR-33 for a real terminal. Your "Subject:" line says, "Outlook Express", yet you are posting in an MS Outlook group. The two are very different programs.
