I can't find any software that creates a video image that sits on top of the web page. You know - where a person walks out from the side of the screen and starts talking to you. All searches led me to companies offering Online Video Spokespeople; but I want to make my own for my web site.. Can you tell me what tools are necessary to create this effect?
