Can anyone tell me why I cannot delete messages from my inbox and I can't
drag them to the delete folder? Also, can't delete from the Norton Antispam
folder. Never had this problem. I get a lot of mail each day and need to
delete them. Thanks.

Will need to know more information to try to help. Some initial things
to try though are shutting down Outlook Express, rebooting your computer
and trying again. If still no luck what type of email account are you
using (i.e POP3, IMAP, HTTP)?

Kevin, I have POP3 e-mail. This just started yesterday. I did turn
everything off and it didn't help. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
