Secure mail set up but cannot find icons in outlook

Hi I want to sign and encrypt via Secure mail in Outlook, I have a digital
certificate and all my out messages have the digital seal icon showing. But I
cannot seem to configure the toolbar to allow me to sign and encrypt an
email, any ideas ?

Press the Options... button and then the Security Settings... button.
