Someone instaaled new buttons I do not usually have on my outlook. The buttons have written under them things like emothions, ecards etc...Can someone help me and tell me how to take it off? Please have a look in you "Add-In Manager": Outlook 97-2003: Tools/Options/Further Options/Advanced/Add-In Manager (or COM Addins) and deactivate the addins that you do not know or which sounds like emoticons or ecards. In Outlook 2007 "Tools/Trust Center...." You can disable the addin or uninstall it via control panel, add/remove programs.
