Calendar Times Wrong

When my computer changes to Daylight Savings Time in Windows Vista, or when I
manually change the time in Windows XP, the times change by an hour on my
Outlook 2003 calendar.  How can I change the time or let the computer
automatically change the time and stop my calendar times from moving?  I
can't go through a whole year of trying to get the appointments manually back
to the correct times.
