In a previous post, I asked how to add a sender's name to the address book.
The suggestion was to right click the name and select 'Add sender's name to
address book' or something similar. Unfortunately, that wasn't a choice on
the drop-down menu. Are there any other suggestions?

There are some really cool ways to quickly make Contacts here are 2 I like:
Open the incoming email. Right click the sender's name in the grey top part
of the email.
Or try this, drag the closed email from the Inbox to the Contacts and it
will make you a new Contact (the email is still in the Inbox).
