Hi All,
I found there is 2 Junk mail filter in outlook03 client, this problem like
this:
User A and read user B's mailbox, but it shows that there is 2 junk mail
folder under B's folder. 1 of them can be empty by right click and the other
cannot. The funny thing is these 2 folders show differently on 2 user's side.
i.e. the folder can be empty on user A while it show no empty function on
user B.
what should I do? please help

Yes, I try to delete 1 of the folder on each side and it keep coming back
again.
Also, However if I try to check it on the web interface (OWA) there is only
1 junk mail folder there.

Start-> Run outlook.exe /resetfolders
Close Outlook
Start-> Run outlook.exe /resetfoldernames

Does this fixes it?

Yes, but can you delete the folder now which doesn't hold the Junk Email
icon?

Just like before running the commands
1 can be delete and 1 cannot
The 1 can be delete will come again after a while

But these 2 folders cannot be named exactly the same. What are their exact
names in full?
Are you running a 3rd party Junk Filter tool that could add this folder?
At what time is this folder being created? Can you reprod that?
