Office Enterprise 2007 keeps sending large clips over and over

When I try sending a 3MB video clip using Office Enterprise 2007 it remains
in the outbox and keeps sending the message multiple times...........when I
try to delete the message from the outbox I get a message saying that outlook
is trying to send the message and won't let me delete......
