Not Prompted for Outlook 2003 Profile Dialog Box

OK. I need help.  The Outlook "Choose Profiles" dialog box is inconsistent
about prompting me for my profile (FYI - I have 3 email addresses w/
different .pst files).  Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.  I am
running XP Pro SP2 and Office 2003 SP3.  I have the "Prompt for profile to be
used" option selected.  From everything I have read on the net and within the
Microsoft KB, I should be able to have much more than 3 profiles.  What can I
do to ensure that the dialog box always appears?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Other helpful diagnosis information:
Office 2003 is the only Office version I have installed.
MS Project 2007 and Visio 2007 were installed however, I removed it.
I have tried using different Windows accounts and that has failed too.

When you close Outlook, verify that the outlook.exe process stops too. If it
doesn't, it cannot prompt you for a mail profile.

Roady,

Thank you very much for your assistance.  I did check and there were
numerous Outlook.exe processes running.  I closed those and reviewed the
add-ins and disabled the ones that were not running.  That appears to have
done the trick.

Thanks for your help!
