All of a sudden emails I send out have a red background. This makes them difficult for the recipients to read. I didn't intentionally change it from white to red. Emails I receive are white, it's only the ones I send out to others that are red. How do I get email background back to white?????????? what color are they when you compose them? did you change your windows color scheme recently? Hello, About 4 days ago this started happening to me. Most emails I receive (HTML I think) show in my preview pane (and when opened) with a bright red background. My Personal Folders page is also bright red. When I forward that red message, it appears with a white background and I type a message. When I send it to someone else it appears normal white background to them (thankfully). I believe it began when I experimented with changing my screen resolution. I have since changed it back. I have checked my display settings and I can't find anything unusual there. I use Word as my email editor, but I have also tried deselecting that option. Can you help? Outlook 2000, XP. Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide. Judy Were you able to fix this problem? One of my users has a similar issue, and I was wondering if you came up with a solution.
