This is not possible without a manual move action. What exactly are you
trying to achieve? Is this a 1-time only thing or a daily recurrence?

i want to have all mails and inbox folder structure in .pst file after move
from user's pc to terminal server without downloading again all mails. This
is only one-time only thing.

Since you're going to be referencing a mailbox from a different mail
profile, you'll download anything that the second Outlook hasn't seen yet.

At one time it was kept in the registry. I'm unsure where Outlook 2007
keeps the data, but it is tied to the mail profile (which is in the
registry) because a new profile will reset the data.
