My email was working fine up until a couple days ago (Outlook 2000).  I can
receive messages fine but when I try to send or sometimes just open folders I
get an error message and Outlook closes right away.   It says "Microsoft
Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience."  If I click the "see what data this error report contains"
then it makes a suggestion to check for upgrades, I installed all the
suggested
ones that took 16 minutes but I still can't send messages.

Although if I go into webmail.wi.rr.com and type in username and password, I
can send and receive messages from there.  Any suggestions would be much
appreciated.  Thank you very much!

I've had the same problem since about 3/06/08.  Webmail works fine.
