Terminal Server doesn't have anything to do with this.
The error indicates that either;
you have configured a mailbox as the default for the mail profile but the
user doesn't have rights to it
Or;
you have configured a pst-file as the default delivery location and the
pst-file isn't available.

Thanks for the response, Roady, but I've checked the properties for the
account and mail is set to be delivered the the mailbox. BTW, the user is
successfully using Outlook on another machine. I've tried having him
shutdown Outlook on the other machine while I try to configure and load
Outlook on his new one. The problem on his new computer doesn't affect me,
though. I can have Outlook running on my computer, log on to his computer
(as me) and successfully launch Outlook. I've also tried deleting his user
profile.
