Want to use a third party software to make use of a PFBACKUP created backup
file; the problem is that the file is not existing for the software I want to
use and so it cannot be opened nor used. How can I solve this??
Thanks for reactions

Pst files can only be opened in Outlook. They are Hidden files, so you must
set your Windows Explorer View settings to show Hidden Files. Then you can
copy the file to backup media. Give your backup file a meaningful name and
make it easier to find.
