The best shortcut keys of all, IMHO are
ctrl-insert    copy
shift-delete  cut
shift-insert   paste

These are not well publicized, but they have been with us since Windows 3.1

Unfortunately, ctrl-insert does not work in the outlook 2007 preview pane.
Right-click-copy works, ctrl-c works, but not ctrl-insert.

Hope this will be fixed.

Thanks!

I'd use Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X, and Ctrl-V, which are standard Windows copy, cut,
and paste keys.

Office 2007 has changed a lot of shortcut key sequences, it seems to me.

For me this is really annoying, I use these sequences from the preview pane
at least 20 times a day, so that's 20 times a day it's failing to copy for me.

They still work fine once the mail has been opened so the shortcut keys have
not been dropped, they just don't work in the preview pane.

So for me I think I'll have to upgrade to Office 2003 if no one can tell me
how to fix it!
