This morning I received a phone call from my office that ALL of the Vista
computers were not able to connect to the Exchange server and were all
getting the error "The file OLMAPI32.dll is incompatible with Mircosoft
Office Outlook. Install Outlook again."

Last night the machines in the office received:
KB947801
KB946974
KB946983
KB947945

Upon running the Microsoft Office Diagnostics it said one install error was
repaired, after the machines are rebooted following the diagnostics SP1 is
reinstalled following all of those updates again.

This error only happens when the Vista machines attempt to connect to the
Exchange server. The POP3 Clients are not having this error.

Is anyone else having such an error? Or do you know which KB update is
causing this so I can remove it.

I had the same problem last week after installing the MS patches. Turns out
in my case that I had both Office 2003 and 2007 installed on the machine. I
uninstalled 2003, and that fixed the problem. I then did a custom install of
2003, excluding Outlook 2003, and changing the directory that the rest
installed in.
