How to change default font size when viewing emails in outlook?

When I open emails the font is too small for the screen resolution that I am
using.  I've found ways to change most fonts to larger sizes but have been
unsuccessful for reading email in outlook.  Under view, fonts it defaults to
medium.  How can I change the default to large?
