How do I change the outgoing email time?  Since the time change, I had to
manually change the time in my computer. People receiving my emails get the
right time, but my outgoing emails still say an hour early on my computer.

Verify your time, time zone and DST settings on your computer.
Also verify that you have all (DST) updates applied to your computer. Since
all the regulation changes their is hardly any product out there that can do
it correctly out of the box so updates are required.
