Outlook 2007 running on xp opens in safe mode only

I am running Microsoft office enterprise 2007. About 90% of the time when I
try to open Outlook it will not open unless I reboot my computer. When I do
it opens in safe mode only. I am running on Microsoft XP and am running on a
standalone computer with no network. I have already tried opening it with my
firewalls off but nothing seems to help.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

So which message do you get when you open it in Safe Mode? It tells you
which addin causes it.
