I have a client whose junk e-mail filter for outlook 2003 is not working at
all. She uses a pop mail account. I checked and found that she has no junk
e-mail rule. I found this out by using outlook spy to view the hidden imapi
folder of the inbox. There should be a junk e-mail rule there but there is
not. How can I recreate it. Do I just have to create a new profile for her?

Hi David,
Try to run Outlook from command line with the parameter:
/resetfolders
