A co-worker emails me a MS Word document for review.  In the old Outlook, I
could click "reply with changes" and it would send the document back to her.
I cannot find a "reply with changes" button in 2007.  Help?
Thanks

You are describing a Word function and not an Outlook function.
Anyway, by default the Ribbon in Word doesn't expose this function but you
can modify the QAT to show the command Reply with changes.
