The search folders 'For Follow Up' and 'Large Mail' are both
italicised in my Outlook 2007. When I click on either of them I get
error "The object failed. An object could not be found".

I've ran scanpst and it found no errors with the pst file. Anyone got
any ideas please?

Many thanks!

Those "folders" aren't really folders, they're search contexts.  See if you
can delete them and then recreate them by right-clicking "Search Folders"
and selecting New Search Folder.
