On the upper right, there is a column that says Messages.
There is usually a label saying "inbox". It is missing. But it does show
15 unread messages.
It has a lable called "Drafts" and "Outbox".
thanks
You mean the Outlook Today screen?
Press Customize Outlook Today... and then select the folders you want to
display.

Thanks for your help. When I try to select the inbox to display, Outlook
says its encountered a problem and must restart.
I followed your link, right clicked on Personal Folders and deselcted the
home page.
I still dont see the incoming emails.
I can send you screenshots.
Thanks

Hello, I have followed your link and deselected the home page. There are no
incoming unread emails.
Yet, I know they are coming in because the Today screen shows 37 new
messages, but no icon in the upper right to link "Inbox" to the inbox.
Do you think Outlook is corrupted or is the file corrupted?
Thanks
