I have a user who is having an issue with his email. When he click on the top
email message it also turn the other unread messages before that as read.  

any ideas?

I don't understand the problem description.  Can you be more specific?

When you open Outlook and you have 10 unread messages and you click on the
top one with the other 9 below the one you open and all the 9 others messages
also go to the read mode. I have not open any of them yet and it looks like I
read them all.

It helps in that I now know what you mean, but I've never enountered it
before.  What type of account is it?  Do you have any antispam add-ins
installed?
