Where are the buttons and the color?

I down loaded Outlook and it has a drab gray screen and no buttons at the
bottom for mail, tasks, calendar, etc.  Is there a way to change this?  The
screen is very simple compared to my other 2 computers with Outlook.

Aside from a trial version there is no download for Outlook available.
