2007 Attachments not being sent during Reply or Forwarding

What do I configure to allow attachments to be kept in the email? I can
receive original but if I reply attachment disappears. HELP!!

Naturally it disappears.  The person to whom you are replying already has
it.  Why would you want to send back what he already has?

Brian, I agree with your premis but in 2003 version that did not happen. Now
I'm using 2007 and now it seems I must reattach what ever it was to forward
the email to another person.

Basically I'm required to get a approval for purchase orders. What I see now
is the approval and as I said I have to reattach the order to forward to
processing people. Not very efficient.

So is there anyway around this?

Yes it did.  No version of Outlook includes the attachment when replying.

Now you're changing the description.  Forwards are not replies.  Outlook
will keep the attachments when you forward the message.
