I have a hand full of people in the same company that are experiencing the
same issue. They do a send and receive and at the botton it says sending
message 1 of 1 or 1 of 2, but there is not message in the Outbox. I have
called the hosting company and called the ISP but they say all setting are
fine.

Do you know what would cause this? It is really funny that it happened to
half of the people in the company, because they were sending there read
receipts back. I turned them off for now but they do want them turned back on.
Thanks for download that worked out really good.

There are multiple causes, but one common one is removing an account.  It
can also happen if an account is receive-only.  This isn't an exhaustive
list.

Well it keeps happening on the same computers. I use the program and remove
the stuck read reciept and later another one gets stuck. Could this be a
sonicwall firewall issue or something to do with the ISP or Hosting site?

Do you have more than one mail address feeding into the mailbox from which
you download the messages?  Do you have more than one account defined in
Outlook?

No they all have just one account.

The next time it happens, can you see the account value using the
MDBVU32.EXE program?  I think it would be under the PR_RECEIVED_BY
properties, but I'm not sure.
