Hi,

IMO the culprit must be one of the installed add-ins. Start Outlook from the
command line with the /safe:3 parameter and see it the problem still occurs.

1. You need to start Outlook in the standard way (without any parameters).
2. Go to the Trust Center | Add-ins.
3. Turn off all COM Add-ins and Exchange Client Extensions
4. Now turn on one add-in at a time and check if Outlook crashes. Every time
you turn on one add-in, you need to restart Outlook and try to crash it.

It might take quite a lot of time, but I do not know other way. You can
first try to turn on add-ins that were last installed or are non-standard ones.
