I have used Outlook extensively for e-mail. As of 3/13/08 the original
message text is no longer included when I reply to or forward an e-mail. I
checked my settings under Tools/ Options/ Preferences, E-mail options and
"include original messsage text" is checked for both reply and forward. Any
ideas as to the cause of this? I have been using Outlook for 4 years with
this never a problem.

This is usually caused by an add-in like an antivirus scanner.  Perhaps your
AV program updated itself on that day.  It may not be the AV program but
some other, so don't simply check the AV program and come back saying, "no,
that wasn't it."  Check all your add-ins, including any desktop search
programs you may have running.
