An associate who uses Outlook 2003 sends me a task; I use Outlook 2007.  The
task arrives as an email and doesn't have accept or decline buttons.  How do
I get them to show up?

Could this be an issue between Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007?

The sender needs to force Outlook Rich Text Format on the task request.  Right click->outlook properties->use the rich text option, do not let Outlook decide.
