An associate who uses Outlook 2003 sends me a task; I use Outlook 2007. The task arrives as an email and doesn't have accept or decline buttons. How do I get them to show up? Could this be an issue between Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007? The sender needs to force Outlook Rich Text Format on the task request.
