Outlook 2008

When I receive a reply to some emails I have sent I only see my
original text and not the reply text.

This appears to be when I send emails to people who are using Lotus
Notes as their mail client.

My mail server is on an imap server which I can access via a browser.
When I access the very same email replies via the browser I see the
text.

How can I configure Outlook to show me the text in the email replies I
receive?
