Can I delegate someone only for a particular meeting in outlook? Say for
example. I'm X and Mr. Y is my coworker. I send a meeting request  subjected
"Sub: Please visit" to some of my coworkers (while sending, I have enabled
the delegation option) and keep Mr Y in cc. I want that all responses having
subject "Sub: Please visit" should reach to only Mr. Y, although I disable
the "delegation" option after sending the meeting request. In a short is it
possible to delegate someone for a particular time or for a particular
meeting?
