I'm using OL2003. When I sent an email containing chinese characters from a
web-based email like gmail, i can read the email completely. But when I send
the emails from outlook from previous version, ol2003 can't read the chinese
characters but display ????! instead.

I'm on Unicode PST and not ANSI format

how do I go about solving this problem?

pls help

tks

drafted in the same manner appears ???? in the recipient's email.
