Everytime, I open Outlook it display an error message and starts a checking program Message___ The data file "Personal Folders" was not closed properly How can I fix this problem permanently?  SignatureBruce First try running scanpst on the default Outlook PST file. Next ensure that Outlook is completely closed before you shut down your computer.
