Enabling Macros in Outlook

I have a few macros that I use in outlook, and have the security
setting set to medium (so first time it prompts me if I want to use
macros.)

Unfortunately, by accident I clicked Disable macros when one such box
popped up, and I can't seem to enable them again. There is nothing I
could see in the help. In VBA when I try to run the function, it says
Macros are disabled in this application, please see application help,
but the application does not seem to have any help on this.

As I said Macro security level is set to medium (in fact I even
reduced it to low to try to fix the problem) and I can't seem to find
the place to re-enable macros.

FWIW, I am running Outlook 2003.

Help!!!
