Changing Margins in Outlook 2007

I want to chnage the default margins for new messages in OUtlook 2007 so that
when I create a new message it does not use the whole width of the screen.
Does nayone know how to chnage the default margin?

When the compose window appears, if it is not maximuzed, just click on and
drag the borders narrower.
