Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm wanting to create a custom forward rule
with Outlook 2003. Specifically as follows:

I need to forward the email if  it does not contain a specific email address
or name  in either the TO: or CC:

Again maybe I'm missing something...

THANKS!!!!

What version of Outlook?  It's hard for anyone to tell you what you've
missed when you haven't said what you've tried.

OK, so the Outlook version is there.  Where's the rest of the information I
requested?  WHat EXACTLY have you tried so far and what about it hasn't
worked?

Sorry for the delay...

I've tried using the rules feature, however there is nothing that
specifically calls out my request.  I'm thinking I may need to create a
script to get what I want...

Basically if I need to forward a email to another address if it is not
included in the original.

Why not always forward the message to the address?  Most mail systems won't
send duplicate messages.
