NEVER import from a PST.  You will corrupt your mail profile.  Instead,
click File>Open>Outlook Data File.

> Cannot create any address books.

Of course not.  Outlook 2007 doesn't have any address books.  The "address
book" is nothing more than a view of those of your contacts folders that you
want Outlook to include when looking for an address.

Start by creating a new mail profile and migrating your data correctly.
