does anyone know if i can somehow use my calendar in outlook with other
office personel who only have outlook express?

No. OE does not have a Calendar function...

thanks gordon, then do you know of any other "on-line" programs that will
allow us to interface with eachothers calendars or something like that?

I do, but it's not an MS application. What you can do for your Outlook users
(2007 only I'm afraid) is to set up Calendar publishing on an internal
webdav folder.

and then I /think/ that Mozilla Sunbird, which is a free stand-alone
Calendar, will be able to access those calendars.
