MS Office Forum / Outlook / General MS Outlook Questions / March 2008Why does the new mail icon appear when there is no new mail?
Every once and a while a new mail icon appears in the systray. I look at my list and there are no new mails. To make it go away I click on any exsitng mail in the in box. Is this something that to be looked at or adjusted? Thanks Hard to tell without any configuration info.
