Can't attach vcard to Outlook message

I get the following message when I tried to start  a new email message:

Can't create file: XXXXXXX.vcf.  Right-click folder you want to create the
file in, and the click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder.

It does not like to create the business card attachment for the signature
with my outgoing email.
