Hi There,

I am a webmaster at RayStedman.org.  We send a daily bible devotional to a
subscription list each morning.  Each of the devotions contain hyperlinks to
a sermon in text and mp3 form.  Recently the mp3 hyperlinks are being blocked
by outlook.  I looked in the knowldgebase and see that mp3 is not considered
a "level 1" security file attachement yet it is being blocked.

Is this the expected behavior of Microsoft Outlook in this case?  Please
note that this same hyperlink is not blocked in Internet Explorer.  If this
is by design in Outlook, what should I tell my users about how to access the
mp3 file?

Here is a sample devotion.  Please find the audio link towards the bottom of
the page:

Thanks!  Greg

So how do you create the links?
