I had been using Outlook 2002 with Norton Anti-Virus. My ISP, Comcast,
offers McAffee free. When I changed to McAffee, Outlook or Outlook Express
will not work. I get error messages trying to send or receive e-mail.
Comcast suggested that I use ports 110 and 587 for incoming and outgoing.
That didn't help. Currently, I'm having to use Comcast WEB E-mail. It's
okay but it don't get notifications when I receive e-mail. I have to check
it ever so often. I don't want to pay for an upgrade to a more current
version. Any suggestions?
Disable McAfee's integration with Outlook.
