I use both Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express (OE) for emailing but I use mainly OE. I set Outlook Express under IE7 > Internet Options > Programs > Email. But after a few days later, it automatically reverts to Outlook. Then, I got to change into again into OE. This happens so often, which irritates me. In Internet Options, check that OE is selected as the default e-mail client. Note that when you use both email clients, the first one you open will collect the mail.
